Application Requirement
Must complete our short-term service basic training course and participate in three pre-team preparatory meetings.
Must be recommended by the church pastor or church leaders.
Willing to learn about group life and accept cross-cultural challenges.

| School Supervisor (Primary & Secondary School) | Developing school policies and development strategies, nurturing local principals and teachers, and working alongside them. | |||
| Administrative Support | Supporting school administration and training local administrative staff. | |||
| Accounting | Possess accounting knowledge and basic knowledge of local laws and tax services. | |||
| Others | Connect with local students and young people through multimedia, artificial intelligence, music, art, or sports, and walk alongside them. | |||
| Community Development | Exploring the feasibility of sustainable development, collaborating with local church pastors, and walking alongside the local community. | |||
| Requirements: Willingness to learn about local culture and serve humbly alongside locals; Items 1, 2, and 4 require professional qualifications in the relevant field. All applicants must have a recommendation from their church. Accepted applicants will receive cross-cultural training provided by our organization. | ||||
