  1. The above contingency plans issued by Alliance Global Serve are based on the warning signals issued by the Observatory three hours before the start of the meeting.
  2. The above are general guidelines. Alliance Global Serve must make appropriate adjustments based on the safety of all participants. If it is necessary to deviate from the guidelines, staff must first report to the General Secretary and supervisors before notifying all participants. Participants are welcome to call and inquire.
  3. All canceled activities will be arranged individually, such as postponement or refunds, with measures taken to minimize losses for all parties. Refunds will be issued after deducting expenses already made.
  4. Short-term ministry teams involve more complex situations and will generally proceed as scheduled under inclement weather conditions, depending on flight schedules arranged by airlines or land transport companies based on the weather conditions at the time. Staff must first report to the General Secretary and supervisors and obtain their approval before notifying each team member of the appropriate arrangements.
